"Will that marker come off of the guitar?"

Seller reply:

"What the hell kind of question is that?  It might come of, but this is a guitar autographed by the entire band Creed."

Bidder reply:

"Yes, I know, that is why I would want to take it off."

Seller reply:

"Are you for real?  That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of.  If you want to buy it and try to get the marker off, that is up to you, but I think that is seriously stupid.  Why don't you find a guitar that isn't autographed and buy that one instead?"

Bidder reply:

"Will you get all of the marker off, if I use the Buy It Now option?"

Seller reply:

"NO I WON'T GET THE MARKER OFF!  THIS IS A RARE AND COLLECTIBLE ITEM - NOT JUST SOME GUITAR.  If you want to buy it that is up to you, but I won't answer any more of your emails unless you do decide to buy it.  GOOD DAY."

Bidder reply:

"But the marker all over it devalues the instrument.  Why would I want to play a guitar with marker all over it?  I'll do Buy It Now if you'll agree to remove all traces of marker from it."

Seller reply:

"STOP EMAILING ME!  IF YOU SEND ME ONE MORE EMAIL THEN I AM GOING TO WIN ONE OF YOUR AUCTIONS JUST SO I CAN LEAVE YOU A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THAT!"

Bidder reply:

"So, if you won't remove the marker, will you lower your price, because your Buy It Now price is too high for a guitar with marker all over it."

Seller reply:

"YOU'RE FEEDBACK IS TOAST!  THE NEXT THING YOU LIST ON EBAY I WILL WIN AND WILL LEAVE YOU A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!  YOU'RE AN A**HOLE!"

Bidder lists the following item on Ebay for $50 and requires instant payment to assure he is paid:

Super Mullet Wig!  Totally Sweet! Buy It Now only $50!!!

Guitar Seller Purchases "Super Mullet" and leaves the following Negative Feedback:

AVOID!  TOTAL JERK!  WORST EBAYER EVER DEALT WITH!

Bidder forwards earlier email from Guitar seller to Ebay Safe Harbor, in which the guitar seller clearly stated they would bid on an auction for the sole purpose of leaving negative feedback, which is not allowed.

Ebay reply:

Dear _______  Thank you for contacting Ebay Safe Harbor and reporting the activities of  _______

We have removed the negative feedback left by ______ and have advised them not to contact you further.

Guitar seller's Ebay account is then suspended for 30 days and is not heard from again.
